Plan A is to use effective free fighting Tactics to disallow an attacker to grab you or take you to the ground.  However, it is possible that you find yourself tied up with an attacker in various grabbling holds or an attempt to throw you.  In such situations, you need to be able to immediately go to plan B and quickly fight your way out of these types of disadvantage.

This workshop will focus on teaching efficient Neutralization and Counters for various grappling holds.  The purpose of this workshop is the refinement of the physical skills to effectively apply what is covered in today’s Seminar.
